Recently upgraded, Mirka Gold is a durable product well suited for sanding at high speeds & is an all-round sanding material, that can be used for many production applications. In order to achieve an optimal sanding result, the semi-open coated abrasive grain & stearate coating are designed to prevent clogging & pill formation.

Mirka GOLD now has an extra strong aluminium oxide grain from P80 - P800, which gives an excellent cut through the whole grit range. Optimized grain distribution allows the product to perform faster & provides less clogging. GOLD P80-P180 is calcium-based stearated for tough grinding applications. GOLD P220-P800 is zinc stearated for less clogging on soft applications. GOLD has an improved backing paper providing more even coating of grain & resin for a perfect finish. New 2011 GOLD is launched in the new packaging showing an informative yellow label.
