SF Range of Self Adhesive Protection Foam

A new addition to our range of packaging & surface protection products, the SF Self Adhesive Protection Foam is a low-tack self adhesive foam protection material providing a high-performance protection on glass, varnished wood, ceramics, plastics, etc. It has numerous benefits including:

  • leaves no residue or adhesive marks.

  • 3 levels of adhesion 1.5 (low) 2.5 (medium) or 4.5 (high)
  • 2 thicknesses (1mm & 2mm)

Available in  low, medium & high tack versions in either 1mm or 2mm thickness depending on level of protection required. Standard widths from 1.25m (full log) or 0.625m (half log) in either 25m or 50m coils - request copy of out technical catalogue (hard copy or email verison) to see full range & specifications from our Sales Office.

SF7222 - most popular version offering high tack protection saving time & materials with the highest level of protection available. High performance protection on many surfaces including plastic & finished wood products - main areas of application include automotive, marine & component furniture industries but ideally suited for all manufacturing industries where a high level of protection is required during & after production of components. SF7222 ensures double protection during handling (dirt & marks) & during transit (shock proof).

Special Customer Requirements - SF Protection Foam can be slit to customer's own width requirements according to application during production. Must take full jumbo width (i.e. 300mm x 4 + 50mm x 1 = 1250mm) - POA.

Suitable for bespoke slitting using a band saw on your own premises, saving space for stock & provides a cost saving if you ordered pre-slit rolls.
