Lamello MINICOL

The all purpose glue applicator with a sturdy bottle stand in solid wood. Suitable for use with biscuit & dowel joints the MINICOL glue applicator applies glue in the best possible way, i.e. laterally. The results are high strength wood joints, no glue spillage or any undesired accumulation in the bottom of the recess.

Technical specification

Using the MINICOL

1. Use normal, clean & undiluted PVA.

2. Screw nozzle onto bottle & insert into base.

3. Insert the applicator into the groove or recess & squeeze bottle.

4. Move botttle along recess/groove as required.

5. Insert the applicator into base unit once complete.

 

Care & Attention

When not in continuous use, stand applicator upright in wooden base - insertion hole must be kept topped up with water to ensure nozzle ducts do not get blocked by cured PVA. Change water frequently to ensure insertion hole does not become blocked with PVA sludge. Keep bottle filled with fresh PVA & top up regularly - this helps to prevent PVA curing within bottle (i.e trapped air) and ensure you always have fresh glue on application. It is recommended that you wash applicator weekly to maximise life of unit .
