DOSICOL

The handy, lightweight & versatile glue applicator with an adjustable metering pump allowing one stroke glue application. Suitable for use with Lamello biscuit grooves, minispots recesses & dowel holes.

Model 20 for lamello grooves size 10 & 20

Model 2 for minispot recesses size 2 - 22

Model D for dowel holes 8 - 10 & 12mm

Spare parts & nozzles kits available - if you purchase Model 20 a conversion kit containing 8 - 10 & 12mm tips can be additionally purchased to convert for use with wooden dowels.

Technical specification

Easy to Set Up & Use

Pour a little water into the bottle & pump through to activate the valves. Set the required amount of glue with the adjusting ring above the nozzle. Insert applicator into groove or recess and press down fully. After completing job, place applicator back into its base. Always use normal, clean & undiluted PVA keeping breather hole in the cap clean & free from debris.

Care & Maintenance

When not in continuous use stand glue applicator upright in water bottle (provided in kit) - extra care should be taken in warm environments or periods of longer than 10 minutes or overnight. Fill bottle up to red line & insert dispenser into bottle - ensure you depress pump fully to expel water prior to use. Do not allow the mositure pad in base to dry out - refill regularly & keep moist. Clean dispensing pump & nozzles ducts occasionally by filling with water & pumping it through.

Changing Nozzle

Place DOSICOL wrench (provided in kit) on brass tube locking nozzle. Unscrew old nozzle then screw on new nozzle. Remove the wrench. Ensure you keep spare nozzles clean & immersed in water.
