Detailed description

Kleiberit 788.6 hotmelt adhesive is suitable for use with all types of manual edge bander units (hand-held or bench mounted).

Field of Application - bonding of:

  • PVC
  • Paper
  • Wood Veneers
  • Melamine

Packaging: 25kg Bags

Application Techniques - substrates for edge banding must be machined exactly at right angles & be free from dust & surface contaminants. Boards & edge materials must be acclimatised to room temperature. Moisture content of wood must be within 8 - 10% & the room temperature during procesing must not be lower than 18- 20C. Avoid any type of draught.

Feed Rate: From 5m per minute

Cleaning: Tools must be cleaned with Kleiberit 827 Cleaner

Storage: 788.8 can be stored for approximately 2 years in a cool, dry place.
