Detailed description

Kleiberit 308 Super Lacquer Glue is used for bonding wood & wood-based materials to lacquered & plastic surfaces, without sanding.

Field of Application - bonding of decorative mouldings, wood & wood-based materials to finished surfaces including:

  • DD lacquers.
  • Polyester.
  • AC lacquers.
  • Nitro lacquers.
  • Melamine resin surfaces.
  • Decorative laminates.

Application techniques - when bonding lacquered or plastic surfaces, one mating face must be absorbent. Surface must be free from dust, oils, grease & be dry. Ideal working temperature is 18 - 20C. Working lower than 10C is not recommended.

Application (spread rate) - 150g per square metre approximately. Open time at 20C about 6-8 minutes allowing time to wet the surfaces out prior to applying pressure. Final set time approximately 3 hours at 20C.
