For years, furniture manufacturers around the world have been making their own profile wheels and lining them with the unique, stretchable abrasive 2943 siatur h allowing limitless variety of special-purpose profiles.  When the abrasive is used up, it is a simple task to re-line the profile sanding wheel with new abrasive material.

  • Several process steps may be required depending on profile.
  • 30% stretchability of the abrasive in the direction of the arrow.
  • Recommended operating speed between 1500 - 3000 rpm.
  • Maximum speed 3000 rpm.
  • Ideal cutting speed of 15 m/s.
