Detailed description

FIX ALL Crystal is a crystal clear, neutral, elastic, single component sealant/adhesive based on MS-Polymers.

Characteristics

Packaging - available in 290ml cartridges or Box quantity (12 x 290ml)

Shelf Life - 12 months in unopened packaging in a cool. dry storage place.

Technical Data

  • MS Polymer base.
  • Stable paste consistency.
  • Moisture curing.
  • Temperature resistance between -40C to +90C.

Resistance to Chemical Agents

  • Good resistance to water, aliphatic solvents, mineral oils, grease, diluted inorganic acids & alkalis.
  • Poor resistance to aromatic solvents, concentrated acids, chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Substrates

  • All usual building surfaces such as glass, pre-treated timber, PVC, metals, stone, etc.
  • All surfaces free from dust & grease.
  • Prime porous surfaces.
  • Plastics - remove protective release agents from surfaces prior to bonding.
  • Not recommended for use with Plexiglass, PMMA or polycarbonate plastics.
  • No adhesion to PE, PP or PTFE.

Application - apply using a caulking gun between 5C to 35C. Clean hands & tooling immediately after use (see SWIPEX Cleaning Wipes).
