BAM 795E

BAM 795E

Detailed description

Borden BAM 795E is a high performance, general purpose woodworking hot melt. Borden BAM 795E combines high heat resistance with good low temperature performance. Provides high levels of adhesion to most commercially available edgings including PVC, HPL and solid wood lippings.

Applications

Borden BAM795E can be used for edgebanding & is suitable for use on most types of edgebanders (i.e. Homag IMA) but is ideally suited to slower machines typically 8 - 20 metres per minute.

Method of Application - roller

Suggested application temperature is between 190 C - 220 C depending on substrates to be bonded. However, if the machine is to be standing for long periods without use, it is recommended that the pot temperature be reduced to below 150 C to avoid degradation/burning of hotmelt.

Available in 20kg sacks
